Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Gensix Technology's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Service Description

Gensix Technology provides integrated security monitoring services including:

  • Unified Smart Hub installation and management
  • 24/7 professional monitoring services
  • AI-powered video surveillance and analytics
  • Forensic search and evidence management
  • IoT device integration and control
  • Cloud-based data storage and processing

User Responsibilities

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

System Maintenance

You agree to maintain your security system in good working order and to promptly report any malfunctions or issues to our technical support team.

Legal Compliance

You agree to use our services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including privacy laws and surveillance regulations in your jurisdiction.

Service Availability

We strive to provide continuous service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to perform maintenance, upgrades, or emergency repairs that may temporarily interrupt service.

In the event of service interruptions, we will make reasonable efforts to restore service promptly and communicate with affected customers.

Payment Terms

Fees and Billing

Service fees are billed according to the pricing plan you select. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in our refund policy.

Late Payments

Late payments may result in service suspension or termination. A late fee may apply to overdue accounts.

Price Changes

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days advance notice. Price changes will not affect current billing cycles.

Data Privacy and Security

Your privacy and data security are paramount. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information about how we collect, use, and protect your information.

You retain ownership of your data, and we implement industry-standard security measures to protect it. However, you acknowledge that no security system is completely infallible.

Limitation of Liability

Gensix Technology's liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or property damage.

Emergency Response

Our monitoring services include emergency response coordination. However, response times may vary based on location, circumstances, and local emergency services availability.

You acknowledge that we coordinate with local authorities but do not provide direct emergency response services ourselves.

Termination

By You

You may terminate your service at any time. Termination will be effective at the end of your current billing cycle.

By Us

We may terminate or suspend your service for violation of these terms, non-payment, or other reasonable grounds, with appropriate notice.

Intellectual Property

All software, technology, trademarks, and content provided by Gensix Technology remain our intellectual property. You are granted a limited license to use our services for your personal or business security needs.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of South Africa.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to you via email or through our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
